80s-ariffic wood-grain vinyl decal gone for good

A surprisingly reasonable color has been hiding for 26 years beneath our Airstream’s wood-grain flavored side stripe. The old, scaly wood sticker is gone and luckily, we discovered a metallic black colored decal resided underneath. Unfortunately, I peeled about two feet of that black sticker off before I realized how attractive it was. It’s OK, we can replace that bare patch. Meanwhile, the Airstream’s exterior looks cleaner than it has in a while without its peeling 80s bling.
